Her certifications include Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation; a Certified Professional Coach (CPC); a certified Consultant in the Hogan Assessment instruments, and a Master Practitioner – Energy Leadership™ Index (MP-ELI). She serves on the Global Nominating Committee of the International Coach Federation and is a member of the Cornell University Recruitment & Talent Management Advisory Committee.
